WILLOWBRIDGE POOL PARTIES

2022 Party Information

  • Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
  • Pool Opens: May 14, 2022
  • Pool Closes: September 11, 2022

    One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

    AFTER HOUR PARTY

  • After-hour pool parties must be two (2) hours in length .
  • Parties must end by 10:00pm (including breakdown)
  • No more than 50 people are permitted at the party.
  • Parties may not be scheduled on a day the pool is closed.
  • The party sponsor (Willowbridge/Stonebridge) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Parties may not be scheduled the first and last weekend the pool is open.
  • Music and DJs are not permitted.
  • Alcohol, smoking and tobacco in any form are not permitted on the Community property. This includes, but is not limited to: sidewalks, driveways, pavilion, park area, soccer field, etc).
  • No open fires of any kind allowed anywhere on community property, including, but not limited to, any form of grill, pit, smoker, or pots fueled by an open flame or charcoal.
