OPEN HOUR PARTY

• Open-hour parties are two (2) hours in length with a maximum of twenty (20) people (swimmers, non-swimmers, residents and non-residents).  If there are more than twenty (20) people, the party must be scheduled after hours.
• Parties may not occur the first weekend the pool is open for the season.
• Party sponsor may bring food and decorations as long as the area is thoroughly cleaned after the end of the party.
• Alcohol is not permitted.

AFTER HOUR PARTY

• After-hour parties are two (2) hours in length with a maximum of forty (40) people (swimmers, non-swimmers, residents and non-residents).
• A refundable deposit check of $200.00 must be made out to Ranch Country and mailed to the GHPMI office.  Party requests will not proceed until the deposit check is received.
• Parties must end by 11:00 pm.
• The party sponsor (Ranch Country resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
• Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
• Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
