Park Pointe POOL PARTIES

2019 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

  • Pool Opens: May 25, 2019
  • Pool Closes: September 2, 2019

    One type of party is permitted: Open hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

    OPEN HOUR PARTY

  • Open-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length with a maximum of 50 people.
  • There is a $100.00 refundable deposit. This needs to be a check made out to Park Pointe and mailed to the GHPM office. The party will not be finalized until this has been received.
  • The Pool Use fee is $75.00. This needs to be a separate check made out to Park Pointe and mailed to the GHPM office. The party will not be finalized until this has been received.
  • Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents. DJ’s are not permitted.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
