INWOOD NORTHWEST POOL PARTIES

2019 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

Pool Opens: May 25, 2019

Pool Closes: September 2, 2019

One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

Association Policies:

AFTER HOUR PARTY

After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length with a maximum of 40 people.

A refundable deposit check of $75.00 must be made out to Inwood Northwest Association and mailed to the GHPMI office.  Party requests will not proceed until the deposit check is received.

A separate Pool Use Fee of $125.00 will be paid when you complete the pool party form online.

Parties must end by 11:00pm (including breakdown).

The party sponsor (Aberdeen Trails resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.

Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.

Music and DJs are permitted, as long as the volume does not impede the lifeguard’s ability to hear the swimmers.

Alcohol is not permitted.
