HUNTERS GLEN III POOL PARTIES

2019 Party Information

ALL parties are scheduled through Marshall Management Group. Call 713-977-6644 or email edrayden@mmgihouston.com Elizabeth Drayden. Once the party has been approved by Marshall Management, GHPM will contact you for the lifeguard payment.
Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

  • Pool Opens: May 25, 2019
  • Pool Closes: September 2, 2019

    One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the type below for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length with a maximum of 75 people.
  • A refundable deposit check of $100.00 is required and given to the Marshall Management Group.
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm.
  • The party sponsor (Huntersglen III resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music and DJ’s are permitted, must end by 10:00pm and be at a level low enough not to disturb nearby residents.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
