Cypress Point POOL PARTIES

2024 Party Information
Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

  • Pool Opens: May 4, 2024
  • Pool Closes: September 24, 2024
Two types of parties are permitted: Open hour and After hour.  Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

ASSOCIATION POLICIES

OPEN HOUR PARTY

  • Open-hour parties are two(2) hours in length with a maximum of 20 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • Two tables with chairs may be reserved for the party.
  • Parties may not occur the first or last weekend the pool is open for the season.
  • Parties will not require an additional lifeguard.
  • The party sponsor (Cypress Point resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music, DJ’s or loud noises are not permitted.
  • Alcohol or glass containers are not permitted.

    After-hour party

    • After hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length with a maximum of sixty (60) people (swimmers, non-swimmers, residents and guests).
    • A refundable deposit check of $200.00 must be made out to Cypress Point and mailed to the GHPMI office (322 Present Street Stafford, TX 77477).
    • Alcohol is NOT permitted.
    • Parties must end by 10:00pm.
    • The party sponsor must arrive with the guests and remain for the duration of the even.  All guests must exit the pool area when the party time is over.
