Briarmeadow POOL PARTIES

2019 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

Pool Opens: May 3, 2019

Pool Closes: September 22, 2019

One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

Association Policies:

Before booking please fill out and mail the required KRJ management form by clicking the link below:

After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.

Parties must end by 11:00pm.

The party sponsor (Briarmeadow resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.

Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.

Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents.

Alcohol is permitted, NO glass containers.
