WINDFERN FOREST POOL PARTIES

2024 Party Information

  • Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
  • Pool Opens: May 2024
  • Pool Closes: September 2024

    • One type of party is permitted: Open hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

    OPEN HOUR PARTY

  • Open-hour parties are two (2) hours in length with a maximum of 20 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • Two tables with chairs may be reserved for the party providing the HOA has furniture at the facility.
  • Parties may not occur the first or last weekend the pool is open for the season.
  • Parties will require an additional lifeguard which will be included in the invoice at $29.oo per hour per lifeguard.
  • A refundable $50.00 security deposit required. Party sponsor must write a check out to Windfern Forest and mail it to the GHPM office before the party is confirmed. Mail to: GHPM 322 Present Street, Stafford TX 77477 ATTN: Pool parties.
  • The party sponsor (Windfern Forest resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music, DJ’s or loud noises are not permitted.
  • Alcohol or glass containers are not permitted.
