RIVERSTONE POOL PARTIES

2015 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

  • Parties may only be held at the Riverstone Blvd. and Creekstone Village facilities.
  • Riverstone pool opens: May 2 and closes Sept. 7, 2015
  • Riverstone Creekstone pool opens May 23 and closes Sept. 20, 2015
  • Riverstone Waterpark pool opens May 23 and closes Sept. 7, 2015

    Two types of parties are permitted: Open and After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

    Open hour party form

  • Open-hour parties are two(2) to four(4) hours in length with a maximum of 25 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • Two tables with chairs under the covered area will be reserved for the party.
  • Parties may not occur the first weekend the pool is open for the season.
  • Party sponsor will pay for one additional lifeguard if there are 20-25 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, residents and non-residents).
  • There is a $250.00 security deposit check required. There is also a $150.00 pool usage fee. Write separate checks to Riverstone Homeowners Association. The party request will not proceed until both checks are received.

    After hour party form

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
  • There is a $250.00 security deposit check required. There is also a $150.00 pool usage fee. Write separate checks to Riverstone Homeowners Association. The party request will not proceed until both checks are received.
  • Parties must end by 10:00pm.
  • The party sponsor (Riverstone resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
