MEMORIAL CHASE POOL PARTIES

2019 Party Information

  • Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
  • Pool Opens: May 25, 2019
  • Pool Closes: September 2, 2019

    Two types of parties are permitted: Open and After hour.

  • To reserve the pool, you must also reserve the clubhouse. To do so, please contact Grace Pary manager@memorialchasehoa.com at least two weeks before the scheduled event. The HOA will notify us and GHPM will contact you to schedule and pay for the lifeguards.

    • Association Policies:

  • Open-hour parties may have up to 40 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • Resident shall pay for one lifeguard for every twenty people.
  • Parties may not occur the first weekend or last weekend the pool is open.
  • Only one party may occur at a time.
  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
  • There may be a maximum of 40 people
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm.
  • The party sponsor (Memorial Chase resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to be heard outside the pool area. DJ’s are permitted, requirement same as Music levels.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
