First Colony Magnolia Plantation POOL PARTIES

2024 Party Information
Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

After hour pool parties must be two (2) hours in length with a maximum of sixty (60) people (swimmers, non-swimmers, residents and guests).
A refundable security deposit check of $200.00 must be made out to FCCSA and mailed to the GHPMI office (322 Present Street Stafford, TX 77477).
There is a $25.00/hour pool rental fee. This will be included on the invoice.
Lifeguard fees are $29.00/hour/lifeguard.
Alcohol is NOT permitted.
Parties must end by 10:00pm.
The party sponsor must arrive with the guests and remain for the duration of the even. All guests must exit the pool area when the party time is over.
