First Colony Aquatic Leisure POOL PARTIES

2024 Party Information

  • Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
  • Pool Opens: May 4, 2024
  • Pool Closes: September 8, 2024

    • Two types of parties are permitted: Open and After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    ASSOCIATION POLICIES:

    OPEN HOUR PARTY

  • Open-hour parties are two(2) hours in length with a maximum of 25 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • Two tables with chairs may be reserved for the party.
  • Parties may not occur the first or last weekend the pool is open for the season.
  • There is a $40.00/hour rental fee. This will be included in the invoice.
  • A refundable security deposit check of $200.00 must be made out to FCCSA and mailed to the GHPMI office (322 Present Street Stafford, TX 77477). Party will not be confirmed until payment is received.
  • Parties with 1 to 20 people will not require an additional lifeguard.
  • Party sponsor will pay for one additional lifeguard if the party has 21-25 people (swimming or not swimming).
  • The party sponsor (First Colony resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music, DJ’s or loud noises are not permitted.
  • Alcohol or glass containers are not permitted.

    AFTER HOUR PARTY

  • After hour pool parties must be two (2) hours in length with a maximum of one hundred fifty (150) people (swimmers, non-swimmers, residents and guests). The lifeguard to person ration is: 1-100 people with 10 lifeguards and 101 to 150 people with 11 lifeguards.
  • A refundable security deposit check of $400.00 must be made out to FCCSA and mailed to the GHPMI office (322 Present Street Stafford, TX 77477). Parties will not be confirmed until payment is received.
  • There is a $50.00/hour pool rental fee. This will be included on the invoice.
  • Lifeguard fees are $29.00/hour/lifeguard.
  • Alcohol is NOT permitted.
  • Parties must end by 10:00pm.
  • The party sponsor must arrive with the guests and remain for the duration of the even.  All guests must exit the pool area when the party time is over.
