BONBROOK PLANTATION POOL PARTIES

2015 Party Information

STEP ONE: CONTACT DEBRA WILLIS AT THE BONBROOK OFFICE 281-447-3388 (dwillis@sterlingasi.com).
STEP TWO: To schedule the lifeguards, fill out the appropriate party form below at least two weeks in advance.

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

  • Pool Opens: May 16, 2015
  • Pool Closes: September 13, 2014

    Two types of parties are permitted: Open and After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

    OPEN HOUR PARTY

  • Open-hour parties are two(2) hours in length with a maximum of 20 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • Two tables with chairs under the covered area will be reserved for the party.
  • Parties may not occur the first weekend the pool is open for the season.
  • Party sponsor will pay for one additional lifeguard.
  • There is a $200.00 security deposit check required. This check is given to the Bonbrook office.

    AFTER HOUR PARTY

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
  • A refundable deposit check of $200.00 must be made out to Bonbrook Plantation and given to the Bonbrook Office. Party requests will not proceed until the deposit check is received.
  • There is a $150.00 pool usage fee that should be given to the Bonbrook office. The check (separate from the deposit) should be made out to Bonbrook Plantation.
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm Sunday – Thursday and 12:00am Friday and Saturday.
  • The party sponsor (Bonbrook resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents.
  • Alcohol is permitted inside the facility gates during after hour parties. Party sponsor will be required to hire a Constable to be in attendance the entire party. Call 281-242-4014. A confirmation must be given to the GHPMI office that an officer has been scheduled.
