Hunters Ridge Village POOL PARTIES

2024 Party Information

  • Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
  • Pool Opens: May 25, 2024
  • Pool Closes: September 15, 2024
    • Two types of parties are permitted: Open hour and After hour.  Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.
    Association Policies:

    OPEN HOUR PARTY

  • Open-hour pool parties must be a maximum of two hours with one additional lifeguard required and a maximum of 20 people (swimmers, non-swimmers).
  • The cost of the lifeguard is $29/hour.
  • There is a $25.00 rental fee. This will be included in the invoice.
  • The party sponsor (Hunters Ridge Village resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.

    • After-hour party

    • After hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length with a maximum of sixty (60) people (swimmers, non-swimmers, residents and guests).
    • A refundable deposit check of $200.00 must be made out to Hunter’s Ridge Village and mailed to the GHPMI office (322 Present Street Stafford, TX 77477).
    • Alcohol is NOT permitted.
    • Music and DJ’s are permitted. Music must be kept at a reasonable volume and is not to disturb residents nearby.
    • Parties must end by 10:00pm.
    • The party sponsor must arrive with the guests and remain for the duration of the even.  All guests must exit the pool area when the party time is over.
