LAKES OF BELLA TERRA POOL PARTIES

2015 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season (when lifeguards are scheduled).

  • Lakes of Bella Terra (main)pool opens: May 23 and closes September 7, 2015
  • Lakes of Bella Terra (II) pool opens: May 23 and closes September 7, 2015

    One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    This pool has swim at your own risk until 8:00pm Tuesday – Sunday. Parties starting at 7:00pm are not considered private until 8:00pm.

    Association Policies:

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
  • A refundable deposit check of $300.00 must be made out to Lakes of Bella Terra and mailed to the GHPMI office.
  • There is a $65.00 pool use fee also required. Make out a separate check to Lakes of Bella Terra and mail to the GHPMI office. Party requests will not proceed until both checks are received.
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm.
  • The party sponsor (LOBT resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music and DJ’s are permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
