2016 Party Information

ALL parties are scheduled through Marshall Management Group. 713-977-6644
Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

  • Pool Opens: May 28, 2016
  • Pool Closes: September 5, 2016
    •

    One type of party is permitted: After hour.

    Association Policies:

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length with a maximum of 80 people.
  • A refundable deposit check is required and given to the Marshall Management Group.
  • There is a pool usage fee that should be given to the Marshall Management Group.
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm.
  • The party sponsor (Huntersglen IV resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music and DJ’s are permitted, must end by 10:00pm and be at a level low enough not to disturb nearby residents.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
