CHIMNEY HILL IV POOL PARTIES

2017 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

Pool Opens: May 6, 2017

Pool Closes: September 4, 2017

One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

Association Policies:

After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.

Parties must end by 10:00pm.

A maximum of 40 people are permitted (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).

The party sponsor (Chimney Hill IV resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.

Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.

Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents.

Alcohol is not permitted.
