SHERWOOD OAKS POOL PARTIES

2022 Party Information

  • Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
  • Pool Opens: May 28, 2022
  • Pool Closes: September 11, 2022

    • Two types of parties are permitted: Open and After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

    OPEN HOUR PARTY

  • Open-hour parties are two(2) hours in length with a maximum of 40 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • Two tables with chairs may be reserved for the party.
  • Parties may not occur the first or last weekend the pool is open for the season.
  • Parties with 1 to 20 people will not require an additional lifeguard.
  • Party sponsor will pay for one additional lifeguard if the party has 21-40 people (swimming or not swimming).
  • The party sponsor (Sherwood Oaks resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music, DJ’s or loud noises are not permitted.
  • Alcohol or glass containers are not permitted.

    AFTER HOUR PARTY

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
  • Parties may not occur the first or last weekend the pool is open for the season.
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm
  • A maximum of 40 people are permitted (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • A pool rental fee of $150.00 is required which will be added to the invoice.
  • The party sponsor (Sherwood Oaks resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music, DJ’s or loud noises are not permitted.
  • Alcohol or glass containers are not permitted.
