River Park West POOL PARTIES

2019 Party Information

  • Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
  • Pool Opens: May 25, 2019
  • Pool Closes: September 29, 2019

    One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

    AFTER HOUR PARTY

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
  • Parties must end by 10:00pm.
  • There is a $275.00 refundable security deposit required. Please make the check out to Riverpark West and mail it to the GHPM office.
  • There is also a $50.00 pool use fee. Please make a separate check out to Riverpark West and mail it to the GHPM office. Parties will not be confirmed until both checks are received.
  • The party sponsor (Riverpark West resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents. DJ’s are permitted.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
