GRAYSTONE HILLS POOL PARTIES

2019 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

Pool Opens for weekends only: April 6 – May 31, 2019

Pool Opens full time: June 1, 2019 – August 11, 2019

Weekends only August 12 – October 27, 2019

Two types of parties are permitted: Open and After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

Association Policies:

Open-hour parties are two(2) hours in length with a maximum of 20 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).

Two tables with chairs under the covered area may be reserved for the party.

Parties may not occur the first or last weekend the pool is open for the season.

Party sponsor will pay for one additional lifeguard.

After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.

A maximum of 80 people are permitted (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).

Parties must end by 11:00pm.

The party sponsor (Graystone Hills resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.

Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.

Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents. DJ’s are not permitted.

Alcohol is not permitted.
