2016 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

First Colony – Alcorn Oaks

  • Pool Opens May 27, 2017 and closes August 20, 2017

First Colony – Creekshire

  • Pool Opens May 27, 2017 and closes August 20, 2017

First Colony – Crescent Lakes

  • Pool Opens May 27, 2017 and closes September 4, 2017

First Colony – Heritage Colony

  • Pool Opens May 27, 2017 and closes August 20, 2017

First Colony – Lexington Colony

  • Pool Opens May 6, 2017 and closes September 4, 2017

First Colony – Magnolia Plantation

  • Pool Opens May 6, 2017 and closes September 4, 2017

First Colony – The Lakes

  • Pool Opens May 27, 2017 and closes September 3, 2017

First Colony – Woodstream

One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

After hour party

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length with a maximum of 100 people.
  • Pool Use fee is $25.00 per hour plus $20.00 per hour per guard. This is addition to the guard rate located on the after hour party page.
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm.
  • The party sponsor (First Colony resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents and allow the lifeguards to hear swimmers who might need help. DJ’s are not permitted.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
