First Colony – Leisure/Slide POOL PARTIES

2017 Party Information

Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.

  • Pool Opens: May 6, 2017
  • Pool Closes: September 24, 2017

    Two types of parties are permitted: Open and After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.

    Association Policies:

    OPEN HOUR PARTY

  • Open-hour parties are two(2) hours in length with a maximum of 25 people (swimmers, non-swimmers, resident and non-residents).
  • Extra guards will not be provided for Open-Hour parties.
  • Two tables with chairs under the covered area will be reserved for the party.
  • Parties may not occur the first weekend the pool is open for the season.
  • The pool use fee is $40.00 per hour.
  • There is a $200.00 security deposit check required. This check must be made out to First Colony and sent to the GHPM office. The party is not finalized until the check has been received.

    AFTER HOUR PARTY

  • After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
  • A refundable deposit check of $400.00 must be made out to First Colony and sent to the GHPM office. Party requests will not proceed until the deposit check is received.
  • There is a $50.00 per hour pool usage fee and a $20.00 fee per guard per hour.
  • Parties must end by 11:00pm.
  • The party sponsor (First Colony resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
  • Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
  • Music is permitted, but the level must be low enough not to disturb nearby residents and not impeed the guards ablity to hear swimmers in need.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
