Colony Grant POOL PARTIES
2021 Party Information
Parties will not be permitted prior to and after the regularly scheduled swim season.
- Pool Opens: April 17, 2021
- Pool Closes: September 6, 2021
One type of party is permitted: After hour. Click on the blue highlighted type for pricing and form.
Association Policies:
- After-hour pool parties must be a minimum of two (2) hours in length.
- A refundable deposit check of $250 must be made out to C.I.A. Services Inc. and mailed to the GHPMI office. Party requests will not proceed until the deposit check is received.
- Parties must end by 11:00pm..
- A maximum of 60 people are permitted.
- The party sponsor (Colony Grant resident) must schedule, pay for, and be in attendance during the entire party.
- Parties where admission is charged will not be permitted.
- Music or DJ’s are permitted as long as it does not disturb any surrounding neighbors.
- Alcohol is not permitted.
