• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.
• Parties must be scheduled two weeks in advance.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• A $100.00 deposit is required. Please make checks out to Williamsburg Parish and mail it to the GHPM office the same day the request form is submitted. Payment is required before the party is confirmed.
• Parties must end by 11:00pm (including break down).
