• Association Policies:
• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.

• Open Hour Parties:
• A maximum of 20 people (swimmers and non-swimmers) are permitted during an open hour party. One additional lifeguard is required.
• Any party with more than 20 people, must be scheduled after hours.

• After Hour Parties:
• There is a $150.00 refundable security deposit required. Make the check payable to West Oaks and mail it to the GHPMI office the same day the request form is submitted.
• There is a $50.00 pool usage fee. Make a separate check payable to West Oaks and mail it to the GHPMI office the same day the request form is submitted.
• Parties must end by 11:00pm (including breakdown).
• Music is not permitted.
