• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.
• There is a $50.00 pool usage fee.
• A refundable deposit check of $250.00 is required. Make two separate checks to The Reserve at Brazos Town Center and mail them to the GHPM office. Parties will not be confirmed until both checks are received.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• Parties will end by 11:00pm
• Party sponsor will be required to hire a constable if there are more than 50 people in attendance
