Association Policies:

• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.

After Hour Parties

• A refundable deposit check of $200.00 must be made out to The Highlands and submitted to the GHPM office the same day the party request form is submitted. Parties will not be confirmed until the deposit check is received.
• A refundable deposit check of $200.00 is required.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• Parties will end by 10:00pm Sunday - Thursday or 12:00am Friday or Saturday.
• Music is not permitted.
