Flexible Hours:

• Pools generally open at the beginning of May and close at the end of September.
• Pools are open three to seven days a week.

Competitive Pay:

• Wages are determined by qualifications and position.

Pool Locations: Pool Location List

GHPM manages pools in the Northeast, North, Northwest, West, Southwest, and Southeast parts of Houston. In most cases, lifeguards and managers will not need to travel more than 20 minutes to reach their facility.

There are three company policies regarding pool locations:

• Returning lifeguards have first preference of pool location.
• Location and position are not confirmed until employee completes paperwork and training.
• Pool requests are on a first-come, first-trained basis.
