Association Policies:

• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.
• Two hour minimum on party time.

Open Hour Parties

• There is a $25.00 pool usage fee. Check is made to Summerwood CA and mailed to the GHPM offices.
• There is a $100.00 refundable security deposit. A second check is made to Summerwood CA and mailed to the GHPM offices.
• A maximum of 20 people (swimmers and non-swimmers) are permitted during an open-hour party. One additional lifeguard is required.
• If there are more than 20 people, the party must be held after pool hours.

After Hour Parties

• Parties must end by 11:00pm.
• There is a $25.00/hour pool usage fee. Check is made to Summerwood CA and mailed to the GHPM offices.
• There is a refundable deposit security check of $100.00 required. A second check is made to Summerwood CA and mailed to the GHPM offices.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• After hour parties may be scheduled after 5:00pm at Summerwood East on the days the pool is closed during the season (Tuesdays).
• Music is permitted at a reasonable volume. Sound must be turned off by 9:00pm (Sunday - Thursday) and 10:00pm (Friday & Saturday).
• Since Summerwood Central is a swim at your own risk facility, Summerwood residents may not be denied access to the pool during your party.
