• All party guest will be required to complete a Pool Use Acknowledgement form the day of the party.

• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.
• Due to the "Swim at your own risk" policy, other people may be at the pool during your party. This is not considered a private event.
• Parties may be scheduled after 5:00pm on the day the pool is closed during the season.
• Parties must end by 11:00pm (including breakdown).
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• There is a $100.00 pool use fee required. Make check payable to Spring Trails and mail it to the GHPM office the same day the After-hour request form is submitted. The Party will not be confirmed until the check is received.
• DJ's are not permitted.
