Party Information

Two types of parties are permitted: After-hour parties and Open-Hour Parties

Association Policies:

• Parties are not permitted before or after season.

Open Hour Parties

• A $75.00 refundable deposit is required before the party is confirmed. Make the check payable to Spring Lakes HOA and mail it to the GHPM office the same day the Open-hour request form is submitted.
• A $25.00 pool use fee is required before the party is confirmed. Make a separate check payable to Spring Lakes HOA and mail it to the GHPM office the same day the Open-Hour request form is submitted
• A maximum of 50 people are allowed for an open hour party.
• Parties with 1-20 people (swimmers and non-swimmers) will not require an additional lifeguard.
• Parties with 21-40 people (swimmers and non-swimmers) will require one additional lifeguard.
• Parties with 41-50 people (swimmers and non-swimmers) will require two additional lifeguards. This size party may only be scheduled during non peak hours.

After-Hour Parties

• Parties must end by 11:00pm
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• There are a maximum of 50 people (swimmers and non-swimmers) permitted.
• A $175.00 refundable deposit is required before the party is confirmed. Make the check payable to Spring Lakes HOA and mail it to the GHPM office the same day the After-hour request form is submitted.
• A $25.00 pool use fee is required before the party is confirmed. Make a separate check payable to Spring Lakes HOA and mail it to the GHPM office the same day the After-Hour request form is submitted.
• Music is permitted. However is should not violate sound pollution ordinances nor be a nuisance to neighboring houses.
