• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.
• This neighborhood has a swim team and all parties must be scheduled around their events.

OPEN HOUR PARTIES

• A maximum of 20 people (swimming and not swimming) are permitted for up to three hours. No additional lifeguard is required, but the open hour pool party form must be filled out.

AFTER-HOUR PARTIES

• A maximum of 40 people (swimming and not swimming) are permitted.
• A refundable deposit check of $250.00 is required. The check is to be made out to Shadowbriar HOA and mailed to the GHPM office the day the request form is submitted. Parties will not be confirmed until the check is received.
• Party must end by 10:00pm.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• Music is permitted as long as it is kept at a reasonable volume and neighboring homes cannot hear the music.
