One type of party is permitted: After-hour pool party form

Association Policies:

• Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.
• MP Highland Knolls opens June 3, closes August 21, 2011.
• MP Cimarron opens May 7, closes September 25, 2011.
• Parties may only be scheduled at the Cimarron Pool.
• Parties may be scheduled on cleaning days after 5:00 PM.
• Parties may not continue past 11:00pm.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• There is a $275.00 deposit given to the Association before the party.
• There is a $25.00 per hour usage fee given to the Association before the party.
• Music is permitted.
