• Association Policies:
• Pool parties are permitted at both Longwood pools. Please indicate which pool on the request form.
• This Association has a swim team. Pool parties will have to be scheduled around the swim team schedule.

• Open Hour Parties:
• Under 25 people (swimmers and non-swimmers)are permitted. One additional lifeguard is required.

• After Hour Parties:

• A deposit of $150.00 will be required for all pool parties. Providing no damage or excessive clean-up is found after the event, the deposit check will be returned to the Party Sponsor. Checks must be made out to Longwood Village HOA and submitted to GHPM the day the After Hour request form is submitted.
• A maximum of 100 people are allowed at the party, unless approved by the board of directors.
• Parties may not be scheduled past 11:00pm.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• Music is permitted and must remain at a level not to bother nearby homes.
