Party Information
Two types of parties are permitted: After-hour parties and Open-hour parties

Association Policies:

  • Parties may not be scheduled before or after season.
  • This Association has a swim team. Parties will have to be scheduled around their events.

Open Hour Parties:

  • May be scheduled between 10:00am-12:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm only.
  • Parties with under 20 guests require no additional lifeguard, but must be scheduled. Parties with 21-40 guests require 1 additional lifeguard.
  • Parties exceeding 40 guests (includes swimmers and non-swimmers, guests and residents) are required to schedule an after hours party.
  • During May and September parties may not exceed 20 people.

After Hour parties:

  • Parties must end by 10:00pm.
  • Alcohol is not permitted.
  • Music is permitted providing the noise level does not affect the neighbors.
