Party Information

One type of party is permitted: After-hour parties

Association Policies:

• No parties may be scheduled before and after season.
• All parties must end by 11:00pm.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• A $200.00 refundable deposit is required. Please make the check out to: Copper Village HOA and mail it to the GHPM office the same day the After-Hour Party request form is submitted.
• A $75.00 pool use fee is required. Please make a separate check out to: Copper Village HOA and mail it to the GHPM office the same day the After-Hour Party request form is submitted.
• Music is permitted as long as it cannot be heard outside the pool area.
