Two types of parties are permitted: After-hour party form and Open-hour party form
Association Policies:

• No parties prior to or after pool season.
• Alcohol is not permitted.

Open hour parties:

• Only for residents that have reserved the party barn and request the pool.
• A total of 20 people (swimmers and non-swimmers) are allowed within the pool area with no additional lifeguard required.
• If you have 21-30 people (swimmers and non-swimmers)you are required to pay for one additional lifeguard.

After-hour parties:

• Must end by 11:00pm (including breakdown).
• A refundable deposit check of $100.00 must be made out to Brazos Rivers Edge and submitted to the GHPM office the same day the party request form is submitted. Parties will not be confirmed until the deposit check is received.

• Parties may be scheduled after 5:00pm on the day the pool is closed during the season.
• Alcohol is not permitted.
• Music is permitted as long as it is kept at a level as to not disturb the surrounding neighbors.
